# What is a Partner Success Manager?

**How to Get Support at Linq**

The right support path depends on your **subscription level**:

#### **Linq One Users**

- Get help via **in-app chat** or **email**.
- Our support team can assist with account questions and troubleshooting.

---

#### **Larger Accounts**

- Will be assigned a Partner Success Manager.
- Your PSM acts as your main point of contact for escalations, strategy, and ongoing support.

---

#### **Linq Blue Users**

- All Linq Blue accounts automatically include a **dedicated PSM**.
- Your PSM should have reached out during onboarding.
- If your account was transferred, your new PSM will also reach out.
- Missed those emails? No problem — here’s how to connect:

#### **How to Reach Your Partner Success Manager?**

1. **Start with Support**
   
     - Contact the support team through chat or email.
     - They can help directly or connect you with your PSM.
     - Inform support the details concerning your needs.
2. **Request a Meeting**
   
     - If you know your PSM but need to book time, support can provide their **meeting link** so you can easily schedule.
