How to Know if Your Blue Number Has Been Flagged

A user can typically tell their Blue number has been flagged by noticing a few key signs:

1. Message Delivery Issues
Messages may fail to send, show as undelivered, or experience a high rate of iMessage/SMS failures.

2. Reduced Performance
You might notice a sudden drop in message delivery rates or engagement compared to normal activity.

3. Error Messages or Warnings
The system may display alerts or errors indicating that the number is restricted or experiencing issues.

To verify if your number has been flagged, you can:

  • Use the line health check tool (if available)
  • Reach out to Linq Support
  • Contact your account manager for a deeper review


How to Check if Your Blue Number Has Been Flagged

  1. Sign in to Linq Zero
    Access your account by visiting: https://zero.linqapp.com/login




  2. Navigate to the API Section
    Once logged in, locate the left-hand menu. At the bottom of the sidebar, click on “API.”











  3. Open Phone Number Settings
    On the right-hand side, the API Developer Tools will appear. From there, select the “Phone Numbers” option.












  4. If your Blue number has been flagged, the status will appear in red and labeled “Flagged.”


    Review Number Status
    You will see a list of your phone numbers along with the associated user and status.
