Linq App not working?

Some simple troubleshooting steps when your app is not working

Troubleshooting Steps — Linq App Not Working

If the Linq App isn’t responding or loading correctly, try the steps below:

  • Close and Reopen the App

    • Fully swipe the app away (not just minimize it).

    • Reopen Linq and try again.

  • Force Quit & Restart Your Phone

    • Hold the power button to restart your device.

    • This clears temporary memory issues that can affect app performance.

  • Check Internet Connection

    • Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is active and stable.

    • Try switching between them to test.

    • Open the App Store or Google Play Store → search “Linq or Linq Zero” → tap Update if available.

    Important:
  • Linq App (Blue icon) gives you the full digital business card experience with advanced features like customizable pages, lead capture, CRM tools, workflows, analytics, integrations, and more. It's designed for users who want both business card functionality and communication tools.
  • Linq Zero (Black icon) is a lightweight, communication-only version focused on team calling, texting, voicemail, and unified admin controls. It does NOT include digital business card features or all the advanced tools in the full Linq App. It's meant for organizations that only need essential communication capabilities—like a work phone number, texts, call management, and admin oversight.

  1. Reinstall the App

    • Delete Linq, restart your device, then reinstall from the store.

    • Log in again using your email or phone number.

  2. Clear App Cache (if available)

    • On Android: Settings → Apps → Linq → Storage → Clear Cache.

    • On iPhone: closing the app completely achieves the same result.

  3. Check for System Updates

    • Outdated iOS or Android versions can affect app performance.

  4. Contact Support

    • If the problem continues, reach out through the in-app Help button or at contact@linqapp.com with your device type and a brief description of what’s happening.
