Troubleshooting Steps — Linq App Not Working
If the Linq App isn’t responding or loading correctly, try the steps below:

Close and Reopen the App

Fully swipe the app away (not just minimize it).

Reopen Linq and try again.

Force Quit & Restart Your Phone

Hold the power button to restart your device.

This clears temporary memory issues that can affect app performance.

Check Internet Connection

Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is active and stable.

Try switching between them to test.

Update the App

Open the App Store or Google Play Store → search “Linq-Meet, Manage, Close” → tap Update if available.

Reinstall the App

Delete Linq, restart your device, then reinstall from the store.

Log in again using your email or phone number.

Clear App Cache (if available)

On Android: Settings → Apps → Linq → Storage → Clear Cache.

On iPhone: closing the app completely achieves the same result.

Check for System Updates
