Linq App not working?

Some simple troubleshooting steps when your app is not working

Troubleshooting Steps — Linq App Not Working

If the Linq App isn’t responding or loading correctly, try the steps below:

  1. Close and Reopen the App

    • Fully swipe the app away (not just minimize it).

    • Reopen Linq and try again.

  2. Force Quit & Restart Your Phone

    • Hold the power button to restart your device.

    • This clears temporary memory issues that can affect app performance.

  3. Check Internet Connection

    • Make sure Wi-Fi or mobile data is active and stable.

    • Try switching between them to test.

  4. Update the App

    • Open the App Store or Google Play Store → search “Linq-Meet, Manage, Close” → tap Update if available.

  5. Reinstall the App

    • Delete Linq, restart your device, then reinstall from the store.

    • Log in again using your email or phone number.

  6. Clear App Cache (if available)

    • On Android: Settings → Apps → Linq → Storage → Clear Cache.

    • On iPhone: closing the app completely achieves the same result.

  7. Check for System Updates

    • Outdated iOS or Android versions can affect app performance.

  8. Contact Support

    • If the problem continues, reach out through the in-app Help button or at contact@linqapp.com with your device type and a brief description of what’s happening.
