# Integrations

## Everything you need to know about our possible integrations.

**Q1: Which CRMs does Linq integrate with?**  
**A:** Linq Blue integrates with **HubSpot, Salesforce, and GoHighLevel (GHL)**. Linq One also works with **Zapier**, allowing connections to many other CRMs or apps.

**Q2: Can Linq sync contacts both ways with HubSpot, Salesforce, and GHL?**  
**A:** Yes. Linq can push new contacts and updates from Linq to these integrations and vice versa.  
*Note:* Only contacts created after integration setup are typically synced; historic contacts may require manual import.

**Q3: Can Linq trigger workflows?**  
**A:** Yes, using the app, you can trigger workflows from Linq to your CRM . For example, adding a new contact in Linq can start a workflow in HubSpot automatically.

**Q4: How does Linq handle SMS and iMessage?**  
**A:** Linq Blue supports sending iMessages and SMS through your CRM. Contact and message data can be synced to HubSpot, Salesforce, and others.

**Q5: Can I use Zapier with Linq?**  
**A:** Yes. Linq offers Zapier integrations to connect with a variety of applications

**Q6: Is API access available?**  
**A:** Yes, our API documentation is available on our website. If you want access, a Linq Blue subscription is required along with an additional cost. This allows advanced/custom workflows, automated syncs, and integrations beyond native apps.

**Q7: What are the key limitations of Linq integrations?**

- Historic contacts may not sync automatically.
- Some event triggers (like SMS replies) may not instantly start workflows.
- API and Zapier workflows may require setup, developer support, and consideration of rate limits.
