How to Set Up Call Forwarding
Learn how to set up call forwarding in the Linq App so calls made to your Linq number are routed directly to your personal phone.
What Is Call Forwarding in Linq?
Call forwarding allows calls made to your Linq phone number to automatically forward to your personal mobile number. This lets you:

Keep your personal number private

Use a professional business number

Receive calls seamlessly on your existing device

Separate business and personal communications
How to Set Up Call Forwarding
Follow these steps to enable call forwarding:
1. Open the Linq App
Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Members View
This can not be completed in the Admin Dashboard.
3. Select Phone Tab
Navigate to your Linq Phone section.
4. Tap Phone Settings
Select Phone Number Settings or Call Forwarding (depending on app version).
5. Enter Your Forwarding Number
Input the personal phone number where you’d like calls forwarded.
6. Verify and Save Your Settings
Once saved, all incoming calls to your Linq number will automatically forward to your selected phone.
How to Update or Change Your Forwarding Number

Go back to Phone Settings.

Tap Edit Forwarding Number.

Enter your new number.

Verify and save.

Call forwarding requires an active Linq subscription.

Standard carrier rates may apply depending on your phone plan.

Make sure your forwarding number is able to receive calls.

If calls are not forwarding properly, double-check verification status.

Verify the forwarding number was entered correctly.
