**Does the Linq App require a paid subscription?**  
Yes, a paid Linq subscription is required. To request pricing, please chat in with one of our Specialists or email us at support@linqapp.com.

**How is the data on my card protected?**  
Each card is programmed with a unique NFC code that is securely generated by Linq. QR codes are also tied only to Linq Pages and cannot be overwritten.

**What is Linq and how can it be used?**  
Linq is a digital business card and mobile CRM. You can capture leads, follow up quickly, and sync contacts into your CRM for streamlined outreach.

**Where is Linq based?**  
We’re proudly headquartered in **Birmingham, AL**.

**What integrations do you support?**

- **Linq Blue:** Salesforce, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
- **Linq One:** Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zapier.  
  Zapier can also be used to connect with other CRMs.

**Do you support APIs?**  
Yes. With a Linq Blue subscription, API access is available.

**What is A2P vs. P2P messaging?**

- **A2P (App-to-Person):** Automated messages that can feel robotic.
- **P2P (Person-to-Person):** More natural and conversational, resulting in stronger engagement.

**Where can I download the app?**

- **iPhone:** App Store
- **Android:** Google Play Store
- **Desktop/Mobile Browser:** Use Linq directly from your browser

**Does the other person need the Linq App to connect?**  
No. They can view and save your information directly in their contacts

**Can I update the information on my Linq Page?**  
Yes. All information is stored in the cloud and can be updated anytime.

**What happens after connecting with someone?**  
Their details are added to your contacts page, allowing you to reach out anytime.

**How do products and pages work together?**  
Each Linq product (card, badge, etc.) contains a QR code and NFC chip that link to your Linq Page. Scanning either directs people straight to your profile.

**Is an internet connection required?**  
Yes, in most cases. However, offline QR codes can be generated in the app for situations without internet access.

**Can Linq products link directly to my website?**  
Linq products always link to your Linq Page, but you can add links to your website within your profile.

**What industries use Linq?**  
Linq is versatile and used across many industries. It’s especially popular in **sales, marketing, real estate, and professional networking**.

**Can I add social or payment links without Linq One?**  
Yes. The Linq App allows you to add social profiles and custom links from your profile page.

**What is your refund policy?**

**How do I cancel my account?**  
Linq One subscriptions can be canceled anytime in your account settings under **Menu → Subscription Settings**.
