# My Linq card is breaking and falling apart? Can I get a replacement?

If your Linq product is not holding up as expected, we can look into a possible replacement. Please ask for an agent and provide us with the Order number.

If you can't find the Order number, please provide us with the full name, shipping address, or email address used for the order.
