My product shows a profile that isn't mine.

Scanning a Linq product and it's pulling a page that isn't yours? Don't worry - it's an easy fix.

If your Linq product is opening someone else’s page, the Support team can get this fixed quickly.

Please email contact@linqapp.com or start a chat and include:

  • The email address or profile URL of the page your product is currently opening

  • A clear photo of the QR code on the back of the product

  • A brief note that the product is showing the wrong profile

With that info, we can:

  • Unassign the product from the incorrect profile

  • Let you know when it’s ready for you to re-activate on the correct account

Send those details as soon as you notice the issue and we’ll get the product released and ready for you to use.
