Scanning a Linq product and it's pulling a page that isn't yours? Don't worry - it's an easy fix.
If your Linq product is opening someone else’s page, the Support team can get this fixed quickly.

The email address or profile URL of the page your product is currently opening

A clear photo of the QR code on the back of the product

A brief note that the product is showing the wrong profile
With that info, we can:

Unassign the product from the incorrect profile

Let you know when it’s ready for you to re-activate on the correct account
Send those details as soon as you notice the issue and we’ll get the product released and ready for you to use.
