How do I cancel/manage my Linq subscriptions?
How to Manage or Cancel Your Linq Subscription (Linq One & Linq Blue)
How you manage your subscription depends on where you purchased it (Apple vs direct), and what type of subscription you have (Linq One or Linq Blue).
Linq One vs Linq Blue: What You’re Managing
Before you cancel or change anything, it’s helpful to know which subscription you’re looking at.
Linq One
Linq One is your core software subscription for:

Your digital business card
-
Extra features in the Linq app (like additional pages)
-
Access to Linq Phone (calling, texting, voicemail, AI tools)
If you cancel Linq One, you’ll lose access to Linq One–only features (including Linq Phone) once the current billing period ends.
Linq Blue
Linq Blue is your advanced messaging / iMessage subscription, typically used for:

iMessage-based outreach
-
Higher-volume, CRM-connected messaging
-
Integrations (HubSpot/GHL/Salesforce, etc., where applicable)
Canceling Linq Blue will stop access to those iMessage/iOS infrastructure features, but you’ll still have whatever Linq One or free features remain on your account.
In some billing setups, you may see both Linq One and Linq Blue listed as separate subscriptions. Make sure you’re adjusting the correct one based on the features you intend to stop using.
If You Subscribed Through Apple (iPhone/iPad)
If you upgraded via the App Store, your subscription is billed and controlled by Apple.
Manage or Cancel via Apple Subscriptions

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.

Tap your Apple ID name at the top.

Tap Subscriptions.

Find Linq in the list (you may see:

“Linq One”
-
Or similar Linq subscription names, depending on how it appears in Apple).

Tap the subscription you want to manage:

To stop Linq One → select the Linq One entry.
-

Choose Cancel Subscription or adjust options if Apple offers plan changes.
⚠️ Important:
Linq cannot cancel, change, or refund Apple-billed subscriptions. All billing and refunds for App Store purchases must be handled through Apple, since we don’t have access to their billing system.
If You Subscribed Directly Through Linq (Computer, Android, or In-App Web)
If you upgraded on Android, on the web, or through the in-app Manage Subscription flow that uses a card/Stripe checkout, your subscription is managed directly by Linq.
Option 1 – Manage via the Linq App

Open the Linq App.

Tap the Menu button (far right icon in the bottom navigation).

Tap Manage Subscription.

You may see:
-
A Linq One subscription
-
A Linq Blue subscription
-
Or both, depending on your setup.

Select the subscription you want to adjust:

To cancel/modify Linq One, choose the Linq One plan.

To cancel/modify Linq Blue, reach out to your Partner Success Manager

Follow the prompts to:
-
Cancel the subscription
-
Update payment info
-
Adjust plan level if options are available.

Option 2 – Manage via Web (linqapp.com)
-
Go to linqapp.com/welcome in your browser.
-
Log in using the same email/SSO tied to your subscription.
-
Go to Menu → Manage Subscription (wording may vary slightly).

Cancel or update as needed.
What Happens When You Cancel Each Plan?
Canceling Linq One
You’ll lose access to:
-
Linq Phone (calling, texting, voicemail, AI summaries)
-
Linq One–only advanced features (extra pages, certain pro tools)
-
Any Linq One–gated functionality in the app
Canceling Linq Blue
You’ll lose access to:
-
Linq Blue iMessage infrastructure
-
Any Linq Blue–specific integrations or messaging workflows (e.g., iMessage-based outreach from CRMs, Blue-only automations)
Your Linq One features and standard app capabilities remain, as long as Linq One is still active. All Linq Blue subscriptions require an offboarding meeting with your Partner Success Manager.
