This ensures your contacts, calls, SMS, and email interactions stay perfectly aligned between both platforms. When your HubSpot connection shows **Status: ACTIVE**, Linq automatically keeps all enabled sync channels up to date. --- #### ⚙️ Main Sync Options Each option under **Sync** determines which data types flow between Linq and HubSpot. | Setting | Description | | --- | --- | | **2-Way Sync Contact Details** | Keeps contact fields (name, phone, email, company, etc.) identical between Linq and HubSpot. Changes in one platform update the other automatically. | | **Sync Contacts** | Pushes new contacts collected in Linq (e.g., via Lead Forms, page scans) to HubSpot.
