Custom Voicemail Greeting in Linq Phone

Linq Phone is a great tool for managing your leads. If you miss a call, you can make sure callers still get a polished, on-brand experience by setting a custom voicemail greeting.

How to Set Up Your Voicemail Greeting

1. Open the Linq app

   • Log in and tap the Phone tab at the bottom.

     

2. Go to Calls

   • Inside the Phone tab, select the Calls tab to view your call history.

     

3. Open Voicemail

   • Tap Voicemail at the top or within the Calls view.

     

4. Tap Greeting

   • Select Greeting to manage your voicemail message.

     
     
     

5. Record your greeting

   • Record your custom voicemail greeting by following the prompt.

     

   • Save it when you’re happy with how it sounds.

You can update this greeting anytime—just return to the Greeting section and re-record.
